Description

Same gel. Same 45g of carbohydrates in a 2:1:1.5 ratio, same 343mg of sodium. The only addition: 75mg of caffeine. Designed to slot into the second half of your race — when focus fades and effort climbs. Caffeine peaks 45–60 minutes after intake, so time it before the moment you need it, not during. Use 02 During Gel as your base. Use this when it counts.

Fuel protocol step 01

The During Caf Gel delivers the same fixed dose as the drink and gel - 45g carbohydrates, 343mg sodium - plus 75mg of caffeine. Switch formats mid-race, mix them across a session, and your intake stays identical. The caffeine is the only variable.

Fuel protocol step 02

The 2:1:1.5 triple-source carbohydrate ratio - maltodextrin, glucose, fructose - saturates multiple absorption pathways simultaneously rather than competing for one. More carbohydrates absorbed, less gut stress, and consistent energy output from the first hour through the last.

Fuel protocol step 03

Developed and tested with elite endurance athletes in real training and race conditions. Not optimised for a lab. Built for the moment fatigue sets in and your fuelling has to hold without any thinking involved.

Other brands add options. We remove decisions.
