In some disciplines, carrying a bottle is just part of the setup. In others - running a marathon, grinding through a trail race, the run leg of a triathlon - it isn't. The gel exists for those moments. Compact, no mixing, nothing to manage between aid stations or checkpoints. 45g carbohydrates in a 2:1:1.5 ratio, 343mg sodium. Same intake as the drink, same place in the protocol. You just don't need a bottle to get there.

Fuel protocol step 01

The During Gel delivers the same fixed dose as the drink - 45g carbohydrates, 343mg sodium. Switch formats mid-race, mix them across a session, and your intake stays identical.

Fuel protocol step 02

The 2:1:1.5 triple-source carbohydrate ratio - maltodextrin, glucose, fructose - saturates multiple absorption pathways simultaneously rather than competing for one. More carbohydrates absorbed, less gut stress, and consistent energy output from the first hour through the last.

Fuel protocol step 03

Developed and tested with elite endurance athletes in real training and race conditions. Not optimised for a lab. Built for the moment fatigue sets in and your fuelling has to hold without any thinking involved.
