Our fuel protocol
30-minutes before you move, the session is already being decided. Not by what happens when you start - by what you put in before you do. 01 Before is formulated for that window: two sources of caffeine - guarana extract and caffeine anhydrate - citrulline malate, BCAAs and electrolytes.
The During Drink delivers the same fixed dose as the gel - 45g carbohydrates, 343mg sodium. Switch formats mid-race, mix them across sessions, and your intake stays identical. There's nothing to recalculate and nothing to adjust, because the protocol already made that decision for you.
After a session, your body needs protein, carbohydrates, electrolytes and micronutrients - and it needs them together, not spread across separate products. 03 After combining all of it in one formula, the closing step of the protocol is as simple as the rest of it.
